Prolepsis Institute is a scientific non-profit organisation whose goal is to promote public health, particularly for the most vulnerable groups in society.
Prolepsis Institute is a scientific non-profit organisation whose goal is to promote public health, particularly for the most vulnerable groups in society.
Prolepsis designs and implements research and educational programs, as well as organising prevention and advocacy actions at a national and European level.
Starting in 2012, Prolepsis has been implementing the DIATROFI program in schools in vulnerable regions of Greece, having offered more than 18.2 million free healthy meals to 935 schools (kindergartens, primary, and secondary schools), to approximately 126,700 students in Greece to date.
In addition to the promotion of healthy nutritional habits for children, the DIATROFI program also encompasses an educational dimension as it promotes healthy nutrition through educational materials and activities created for students and their families.

Since 2008 “Lara Guide Dog School” is a non profitable enterprise training guide dogs for the blind and providing them for free.
Since 2008 “Lara Guide Dog School” is a non profitable enterprise training guide dogs for the blind and providing them for free.
"Lara Guide Dog School" goes beyond training guide dogs. It also conducts orientation and mobility training lessons specifically designed for visually impaired individuals residing in small urban or rural areas, making a significant difference in their lives.
“Lara Guide Dog School” is the first school for guide dogs in Greece and owes its name to the labrador named Lara, the president’s then guide dog. Ioanna-Maria Gertsou is the only blind president of a guide dog school in Greece.
The school's supporters and sponsors fund all its programs. Lara Guide Dog School is a proud member of the European Guide Dog Federation (EGDF).
